Sendo One takes care of shipping from the moment the shopper picks a delivery option until the parcel is booked and tracked.

Real-time shipping rates

When the shopper enters their address, the checkout fetches rates from the carriers you have connected – calculated from the weight and size of the items in the cart.

Pickup points and parcel lockers

The shopper picks a pickup point or parcel locker right at checkout. The nearest one is preselected, and the choice is remembered for the postcode next time.

Your prices, your rules

Give shipping methods your own names, adjust prices, offer free shipping above an amount or use fixed prices by weight. Everything is managed in Sendo, method by method.

Orders straight into Sendo

An order is sent to Sendo automatically when it reaches a status you choose, or with one click from the order page. The shopper’s shipping method and pickup point come along, ready to book.

Tracking back in WooCommerce

The tracking number and tracking link are shown on the order in WooCommerce, so you and your customer always know where the parcel is.

Works with your checkout

Supports both the block checkout and the classic WooCommerce checkout, as well as iframe checkouts such as Klarna, Svea, Dintero and Kustom.

Get in touch

Fill in the contact form, and we set up your Sendo account and give you the API keys for the plugin.

Install Sendo One

Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, add Sendo to your shipping zone and paste in the API keys.

Choose shipping methods

Switch on the methods you want to offer in Sendo, and set names, prices and free shipping the way you want.

Book and print

Orders arrive in Sendo with the shopper’s shipping choice. Book, print the label and ship.

Technical details – in short

  • WordPress 5.8 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce. Supports WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
  • Shipping rates at checkout are switched on per shipping zone. If you only want to transfer orders to Sendo, leave them off.
  • You choose which order status sends an order to Sendo, and which shipping methods to leave out.
  • For rates at checkout, only the delivery address and the cart (weight and size) are sent – not the shopper’s name or e-mail. Read more in our privacy policy.
  • Rates are cached for 60 seconds to keep the checkout fast. If Sendo does not answer, you can set a fallback rate.

Yes. The plugin connects to your Sendo account with API keys that you get from us. Get in touch and we will help you get started.
Yes. You can use your own carrier agreements, pre-negotiated agreements from our partners, or both. The rates at checkout come from the agreements connected to your account.
No. Shipping rates at checkout are switched on per shipping zone. You can use Sendo One only to transfer orders to Sendo and keep your own shipping methods in WooCommerce.
Yes. Sendo One works with iframe checkouts such as Klarna, Svea, Dintero and Kustom, as well as the block checkout and the classic WooCommerce checkout.
You can set a fallback rate in the plugin, so the shopper always gets a shipping option at checkout.
