Transparent billing – no surprises

  • All charges are in USD and appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
  • You only pay label fees for labels you actually book, and fees are capped every month, so you always stay in control.
  • Change plan or cancel anytime from the Plan tab in Sendo Connect. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
  • Checkout rates require third-party calculated shipping rates on your Shopify plan.

Frequently asked questions about Sendo Connect

A small fee for each shipping label you book through Sendo Connect. The amount depends on your plan: the bigger the plan, the lower the fee. It is billed through Shopify together with any monthly plan fee.
The cap protects you from unexpected charges. When it is reached, new bookings pause until the next period. Need more labels? Choose the next plan – it has a higher cap and a lower label fee. On Pro, just contact post@sendo.no and we raise the cap for you.
Freight is invoiced separately under the carrier agreement you use. Your plan and label fees in Shopify only cover the use of the app.
Live rates and pickup points at checkout use Shopify's third-party calculated shipping rates. This is included on Advanced, and on the Shopify plan when billed annually. On other plans you can add it through Shopify. Everything else in Sendo Connect works on every Shopify plan.
Yes, anytime. Switch plans from the Plan tab in Sendo Connect and approve the change in Shopify. If you uninstall the app, the subscription is cancelled automatically.
Yes. Return labels are available on every plan and are booked just as easily as a regular shipment, at the same label fee.
